Surrey has seen some large construction projects, such as;

Victoria Square, Woking (Surrey)

On track for phased completion in 2021, the project will see the construction of two high rise towers comprising 34 and 32 storeys respectively. They will feature apartments and an external garden and amenity space for their occupants. A 23-storey hotel, including a sky bar, also forms part of the plans along with a Marks & Spencer store and a rebuilt multi-storey car park.
