Planning Manager/ Planning Lead - Power/ Civil Engineering - Central London 

 

We have just registered an exciting requirement for a freelance Lead Planner/ Planning Manager to work across a major project based in London. 

 

This is a freelance requirement with the potential for it to be extended past the initial 6-12-month contract. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Worked as a Planning Manager/Lead Planner previously
  • Experience working on Major projects up to £600m in value
  • Lead a team from ECI stage through to completion
  • Managed projects in ECI phase
  • Expert user of P6
  • Experience working on Heavy Civil Engineering, Enabling works, Sub-Stations and Power schemes
  • Specialist experience such as HV cabling and other relevant industries
  • Engineering background would be preferred
  • Experience working on the Planning in accordance with NEC form of contract 

 

Rate: £600 - £700 per day 

Status: Inside IR35 

Duration: 12-month contract 

Location: Central London
