Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time, office-based role working on high-profile projects such as the M25, as well as roads, drainage, surfacing, and other civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of projects from procurement through to final accounts
- Cost control, budget forecasting, and internal reporting
- Overseeing pricing and cost management
- Managing early warnings and estimating
- Contract administration under NEC
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in highways projects
- Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and surfacing
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc Hons) or equivalent
- HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering considered
- In-depth NEC contract knowledge
