New bus station at St Margaret’s

This project sees an ambitious £13.5million regeneration of Leicester’s St Margaret’s bus station and its surrounding streets. The construction of a striking new building to replace the old St Margaret’s bus station and creating more attractive routes for pedestrians and cyclists as part of a major scheme to revamp this part of the city centre.

£50 million mixed-use Leicester regeneration scheme

A £50 million mixed-use development set to catalyse regeneration in the Waterside area of Leicester has now been completed. As part of this huge project, the area saw the new development of two major new hotels, both operated by the Accor hospitality group. A 10-storey Novotel offers 154 bedrooms and a variety of indoor facilities including a gym, meeting rooms, and a ground floor bar and restaurant. While an Aparthotel Adagio boasts 95 luxury studio or one-bed apartments, spread over six floors.
