An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing contractor delivering industrial, logistics, office and education projects across the Midlands.
With a turnover of £100m achieved this business offers the chance to be part of a close knit commercial team where you will gain hands on exposure to live projects under predominantly JCT contracts.
This role is ideal for a degree qualified QS with at least one year of experience who is looking for genuine development, responsibility and support.
The position is office based (8-5) with site visits as required and increasing flexibility over time.
Candidates must be based within 90 minutes of the office in Leicestershire, so they would look at applicants from Northamptonshire or Bedfordshire.
Salary from £30,000 plus car allowance, bonus scheme, private healthcare, pension etc
