Our Client, is a leading Construction and interiors contractor in the design & build commercial interiors, residential and office fit out sectors of the construction industry. With offices in North London they offer construction solutions to a long list of blue chip clients. They have a high level of repeat custom due to their exceptional levels of Production, Project Management and delivery within London.

Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking a talented individual to join the team. Emphasis must be placed on the exceptional reputation of this award winning client. Candidates will be joining a company with an enviable environment, where development and progression are nurtured and teamwork is encouraged. The Site Manager will oversee multiple interior and refurbishment projects upto £10m in value.

Key Duties: Client liaison is key to this role, it is essential that the successful candidate can build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with key high worth clients to sustain the regular and consistent securing of repeat business.

Manage the client relationship from start to finish. Managing multiple direct reports at any given time.

Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion Head up client meetings and associated issues It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience of building and developing strong business relationships to ensuring client satisfaction.

Candidates will ideally have previously assisted in managing projects within the commercial interiors sector.
