Design Manager - Construction

Salary: £60,000-£65,000
The Opportunity
Due to a number of recent new project awards, an established main contractor is looking to appoint a Design Manager for their construction division.
The successful Design Manager will work on projects ranging from £1m - £40m. The role is predominantly office based with a weekly site visit to one of the sites nationwide.
Key requirements for the Design Manager role:
- Main contractor background within Design Management.
- Ideal backgrounds - site management/engineering, cladding/curtail wall, civil structural or architectural.
- Exposure to a range of construction projects (commercial/offices, industrial, residential etc.).
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D)
- Driving licence is essential.
