We work with the End Client and you as the Contractor to determine the IR35 status

At Navartis we have a long history of working with Contractors and helping to find the best possible non-permanent role for them across the construction, civil engineering, rail, power and telecoms sectors.

For IR35 specifically, we invested heavily to ensure we can fully support Contractors and End Clients by bringing a dedicated IR35 consultant into the business who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this particular area.

For Contractors who are engaged through Navartis, we work with the End Client and you as the Contractor to determine the IR35 status of all works carried out under the current contract. This includes helping to administer a detailed IR35 test, which will determine the correct IR35 status of the work to be carried out.

In addition, we can offer our weekly payroll service to all Contractors, even if you are engaged directly with the End Client. One of the main benefits for Contractors is the improved cash flow from being on 7-day terms as opposed to 30/45/60 days, and you no longer need to spend time chasing Credit Control and Finance departments.
