Salary: £55,000 /year plus package
My client is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to run their utility projects in Greenwich. They are looking for someone to take commercial responsibility of their 3 year scheme in the area.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful contractor who specialises in utilities and have won a vast amount of work in London and the South East
They are looking for someone with civils/infrastructure experience.
Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
Report into the Senior Quantity Surveyor
Manage the commercial success of utility projects
Monitor change management
Experience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in commercial role
Civils/infrastructure experience required
NEC working knowledge
