Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Aylesbury
Engagement: Permanent
Salary: up to £70,000/year plus £5,000 car allowance
My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to run their civils projects in the Aylesbury area. They are looking for someone to take full commercial responsibility of projects working on multiple bridges.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful sub contractor who specialise in civils and infrastructure with a turnover above £200million
They have recently won multiple projects in the area and are looking for someone to oversee the commercial performance, this will suit someone that is able to work autonomously and lead junior team members.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Report into the Commercial Manager
Manage the commercial success of civils projects
Lead a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in commercial role on civils projects
NEC option C experience preferred but not essential
Major infrastructure experience
