Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bicester
Engagement: Freelance
Salary: £400-£450 Per day (Outside IR35)
My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to run their utilities projects in Bicester. They are looking for someone to take full commercial responsibility of several water, gas, and electricity projects.
This is a great opportunity to drive the utilities department of an already successful Civil engineering sub-contractor.
They are looking for someone with strong NEC and utilities experience. The successful candidate will also have self-lay and ICP experience
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Report into the Commercial Director
- Manage the commercial success of utilities projects
- Lead a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyor
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in commercial role on utilities projects
- Must have Self-lay and ICP experience
- Strong NEC knowledge
