We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Product Manager to join a Full Fibre UCaaS Broadband Provider in the UK, who provide WiFi, SIM, Secure Broadband and Cloud Voice Solutions.

Product Manager (London)

The Product Manager role will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and manage our product roadmap, deliver high-quality products on time, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Product Account Manager will also be responsible for analysing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and creating product documentation.

Key Requirements for this Product Manager role:

3+ years Product Management experience across the Telecommunications industry, preferably with UCaaS Communications.
Experience in responsible for the comprehensive management of contracts from start to finish, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail at every stage.·
Entire monthly telecoms billing lifecycle and revenue stream such as managing new customer accounts, service additions, terminations, and monthly billing of IT hardware, subscriptions, and mobile hardware, all in alignment with the sales team's prescribed terms.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
