Job Title: Junior Software Engineer – Safety Critical Systems

You will be part of a dynamic team delivering on high-profile and exciting projects across multiple safety critical industry sectors, for example: Nuclear Power, Defence and Aerospace amongst others. You may have recently graduated or be in your first years of a professional career.
Key responsibilities of this Junior Software Engineer role:
• Analysing, assessing, and improving safety critical software-based systems.
• Specialise in consultancy, verification and testing of software and programmable hardware used in safety-critical systems.
Experience required for this Junior Software Engineer role:
• Degree or Postgraduate experience, or equivalent in Computer Science or Maths, or a numerate subject, such as physics or engineering.
• High motivation, drive to deliver and willingness to learn.
• An interest in developing your capability around C sharp programming and embedded and real-time software systems.
• A commitment to company values of safety, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
Package offered for this Junior Software Engineer role:
• £22,000 - £35,000 base salary (this is dependent on experience)
• Pension
• 25 days annual leave + BH
• Hybrid working
