We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Account Manager to join a Full Fibre UCaaS Broadband Provider in the UK, who provide WiFi, SIM, Secure Broadband and Cloud Voice Solutions.

Account Manager (London)

The Account Manager role will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and manage existing customers, while engaging further potential customers to provide the best customer service.

Key Responsibilities for this Account Manager role:

Handling every case with compassion, understanding and confidence.
Identify, investigate, and resolve a query, complaint or general enquiry from customers.
Communicate with customers moving to other providers with the aim to maintain services.
Provide a service to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Need to have experience in the entire monthly telecoms billing lifecycle and revenue stream. This includes managing new customer accounts, service additions, terminations, and monthly billing of IT hardware, subscriptions, and mobile hardware, all in alignment with the sales team's prescribed terms.
Making high volume, outbound calls to Contact and engage potential customers for new sales opportunities.
Building rapport with new customers and provide them with a first-class service.
Update our CRM system with accurate account management data.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.
Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
Working with the team to create a great place to work.
