Job Title: Freelance Works Manager (Earthworks)
Location: Aylesbury
Rate: £350- £400 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Length:8 months
IR35 Determination: Outside IR35 OR CIS accepted
Our client, who is a very successful national civils contractor, is looking for a freelance works manager who has a focus and specialism in Earthworks. This is to join their team in Aylesbury.
The freelance works manager will be working on a major civils highways project and needs to be experienced in bulk earthworks.
My client is looking for someone with over 5 years experience working on civils projects; earthworks, highways, drainage, roads, sewers etc.
This role is outside IR35 so ideal for a ltd company, CIS is also acceptable.
The company has a variety of civils projects across the country and a full order book into 2025.
The ideal candidate
- 5-10 years experience minimum working on civils projects
- previous experience as a works manager
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Able to start in May
