The company is a well-established Rail Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Rail Division.
The role would be based in Manchester, ideal for candidates based around the North West.
This company offers both design and construction services to various rail infrastructure projects across the UK, and they are known for their great work culture, which puts their staff's wellbeing as a priority.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Manage application and payment process.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 5+ years construction or engineering experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £60,000 per annum
