This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and work on an exciting major rail framework project in the West Midlands
The company merges some of the most lucrative teams in design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for rail-civil packages far in excess of £10m, cost control, managing of sub-contractors, collaborating with other departments and supervising other Quantity Surveyors within the project.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Cost control
- Supervising of Quantity Surveyors
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Provide commercial support to the project team
- Liaising with third parties on commercial issues

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 5+ Years experience in Senior Quantity Surveyor roles
- Experience with excavation, tunnels, track drainage and bridges
- Experience working on NEC3/4 contracts (any options)
- Experience handling packages in excess of £10m
- Ability to work effectively from an office environment

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £500-550 Inside IR35
- 6 month initial contract with ability to secure a permanent role
