Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington - hybrid working with regular site visits
Start Date: ASAP
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major Consultancy working in multiple sectors including Nuclear, Green Energy, Utilities and Oil & Gas. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role has arisen due to major project growth on major project pipelines across the UK, including high-profile Nuclear sites.
They understand the growth & development of the individual is just as important as that of the projects, so support is provided in order to foster progression in the form of achieving MRICS.
Key responsibilities of this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Contract / Commercial administration.
• Managing major projects in the above disciplines / sectors.
• Working on Design Contracts for pre-construction & Construction Contracts for delivery.
• Supporting & liaising with the client.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Right to work in the UK.
• QS qualification / 8+ years of QS experience.
• NEC3 contract experience.
• Can demonstrate working & interfacing with clients.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ideally Degree educated in Commercial / Business.
• Open to travel / staying away from home.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• £60,000 - £68,000 base salary
• Car allowance
• Private Healthcare (inc spouse / children) & 4 x DIS insurance
• Pension
• 25 days annual leave + BH
