Senior Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager. In this Project Manager role, you will be reporting to Senior Management and will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities for this Project Manager role:

• Managing capital projects safely, within budget, and on schedule
• Planning, executing, and monitoring project progress from start to finish
• Ensuring adherence to client standards and delivering key objectives
• Presenting options and effectively communicating with stakeholders and management
• Establishing project objectives aligned with requirements and ensuring timely achievement
• Creating robust plans and strategies for project management
• Addressing project issues promptly with suitable solutions within budget
• Providing leadership and guidance to project teams
• Assigning appropriate skills and resources to projects
• Fostering effective communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Reporting project, schedule, and cost issues to management
• Ensuring compliance with quality and engineering standards
• Developing and implementing project execution strategies
• Monitoring adherence to relevant practices, policies, and specifications
• Conducting overall quality control of work, including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance

Key Requirements for this Project Manager role:

• 3rd level degree in the relevant discipline
• 8-10 years experience in a similar role with an Irish contractor
• Superb organizational abilities enabling meeting project deadlines
• Foster positive client relationships
• Proven experience in overseeing site teams
• Thorough understanding of project commercial aspects
• Proficient in Irish building regulations
• Exceptional communication prowess

Package offered for this Project Manager role:

• Starting salary ranging from €70,000 - €85,000
• Company car/ vehicle allowance
