Job Title: Senior Project Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a Tier 1 Construction Contractor, working on major Defence projects on sites throughout Leicestershire.

Key responsibilities of this Senior Project Manager role:
• Effectively & professionally lead day to day Design and Construction management of significant project elements (procurement, installation & commissioning).
• Delivering within budget & programme to the satisfaction of the client, users & local community.
• Lead the management of design consultants, including line management responsibilities for direct report staff.
• Be aware of monthly figures, taking proactive action to prevent losses and maximise profitability.
Experience required for this Senior Project Manager role:
• Experience on large construction projects, ideally in major Defence / Defence Infrastructure field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager.
• Working knowledge of materials, specification and industry working practices.
• Educated to HNC level or equivalent essential.
• UK Citizen / British Passport Holder.
Package offered for this Senior Project Manager role:
• £80,000 - £100,000 base salary DOE
