Job Title: Senior Design Manager
Location: Office based in the Midlands (travel would be required for sites nationwide.)
Salary: £65,000-£75,000+ competitive benefits package
My client is a highly successful, established, award-winning, Tier 1 main contractor who have an enviable reputation in the market currently. Due to a large number of project awards, they are looking to bring in a Senior Design Manager who would quickly progress up to Technical Manager level. This is an excellent Opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and take a step up!

Requirements:
Worked as a Design Manager for a minimum 2 years for a main contractor.
Experience working on residential projects desirable.
Preconstruction and delivery experience.
UK Driving Licence
