Position: Design Manager

Salary: Up to £70,000 + car / allowance & benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager that lives in the Telford/Shrewsbury area. We're working with a tier 1 contractor that is looking for a Design Manager who has experience in the healthcare sector. This will predominantly be a site based role and the successful Design Manager will be involved in preconstruction and delivery phases of projects.
Design Manager requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Design Manager for a main contractor.
- Preconstruction and delivery experience.
- Exposure to healthcare projects
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D)
- Driving licence is essential.
