Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and coordination of complex BIM models for bridge and tunnel infrastructure projects

  • Define and implement BIM strategies, standards, and use cases throughout the project lifecycle

  • Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and planning partners

  • Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary planning data in a digital environment

  • Ensure data integrity, perform data conversion, and manage model-based planning workflows

  • Participate in the design and digital planning of transport infrastructure in both early and detailed phases

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in digital planning methods


Your Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a comparable discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM-based planning for infrastructure, ideally with a focus on bridges and/or tunnels

  • Solid understanding of German standards and guidelines for infrastructure projects (e.g., VDI, HOAI, DB Richtlinien)

  • In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Allplan, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or similar)

  • Strong 3D spatial awareness and digital coordination skills

  • A proactive, structured, and analytical mindset

  • High level of initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to drive innovation

  • Very good German skills (B2 or higher); English is a plus
