Pre Construction Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pre Construction Manager to join a civil engineering contractor working on a Construction framework

Key responsibilities for this Pre Construction Manager role:
- Liaise with Managing Estimator to ensure timeframes are achieved for the technical and commercial elements of bids.
- Manage preconstruction processes with support from estimators, design managers and operational leads within the regional business Unit.
- Liaise with design managers or lead the preconstruction design process depending on the project size and complexity.
- Liaising with other teams - Business Development Manager; Managing Estimator & Estimating team; Construction delivery teams; Design Managers; Planning Manager; Head office framework functions.
- Lead bids and take responsibility for - client liaison during bid; technical bid submissions and bid writing; lead bid settlement meetings with appropriate director.
Experience required for this Pre Construction Manager role:
- Site operational experience would be preferred but is not essential.
- Design management and or estimating experience would be preferrable.
- Asta Programming skills; BIM understanding would be beneficial.
- Able to consistently achieve demanding targets.
- A proven track record of effectively managing and fulfilling both main contractor and end user client requirements to demanding timescales
Package offered for this Pre Construction Manager role:
- £55,000- £80,000 Depending on experience
- Holidays / Bank Holidays
- Health care
