FTTX Technical Documentation Lead

Job Description

Key responsibilities for this Technical Documentation Lead role:
- Lead all quality assurance activities using methodical approach to auditing, analysing and process improvement
- Support with contract management and governance
- Work co-operatively with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and manage systems to ensure engineering performance
- Support with new contractor onboarding
- Coordinate activity across CFL Operations and remedy technical faults in accordance with SLA's

Experience required for this Technical Documentation Lead role:
- Ability to work across planning, build, install and technical departments
- Experience of technical language
- Experience of creating training manuals
- PQMS trained (advantageous)
- Familiarity with FTTH deployment & installation (advantageous)
- Experience in quality assurance
- Strong HSEQ knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Root cause problem solving experience
