Estimator - Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Location: Warwickshire Region

What you'll be doing:

As our Estimator, you'll take ownership of the full appraisal and costing process for new housing developments, ensuring accuracy, value, and competitiveness. You will:

Prepare internal BOQs, cost plans, and financial appraisals

Develop measurement and pricing strategies tailored to each site

Carry out site visits and review risks, constraints, and opportunities

Use Bluebeam (and other software) to complete take-offs and measurements

Liaise with supply chain partners and coordinate tender enquiries

Support value engineering and negotiation to achieve best outcomes

Provide financial modelling and updates at key project stages

Contribute to handover meetings, ensuring smooth transition to delivery teams

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as an Estimator in housebuilding or construction

Strong IT skills and knowledge of measurement/pricing tools

Ability to work independently and manage priorities under deadlines

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Full UK driving licence

Desirable extras:

Knowledge of infrastructure, roads, and sewers

Familiarity with COINS land module software

Experience with Bluebeam measurement software
