BIM Coordinator required for a leading contractor in Waterford.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will provide technical expertise to implement and manage the BIM process from Pre-contract to project delivery. This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful, growing, company.
Key responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role:
- 2D and 3D Exports from Revit to PDF/DWG/NWC/NWD
- Reporting as required to BIM lead and BIM manager
- Advise members of the team of significant clashes, information issues associated with the BIM aspect of the works.
- Author and produce M&E BIM Models leveraging standard BIM Authoring tools with daily model management, administration and maintenance.
Experience required for this BIM Coordinator role:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the UK or Ireland.
- Knowledge and working experiences of 3d Modelling.
- Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Revit Architecture
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong team building skills
Salary for this BIM Coordinator role is between €40,000 - €55,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, plus further additional benefits
