3D CAD Technician
This is a great opportunity for an experienced 3D CAD Technician to join a well known Tier 1 contractor working on Major Projects within the Infrastructure sector.
The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. Your role as 3D CAD Technician you will joining an award winning business who will be part of the design team, supporting them in this 2D/3D CAD role supporting the Civil and Electrical Design team. Within this area of the business you will be concentrating on utilities, civils and capital project type work.

Key responsibilities for this 3D CAD Technician role:
- Completion of 2D/3D CAD drawings in AutoCAD an/or Civil 3D - working with the surveyors and civil engineers' team to complete designs in the utility sector.
- Production of Planning, Construction and As Constructed drawings.
- Working with a team of Civil and Electrical engineers to ensure that Source achieve maximum Category 1 approvals.
- Working with Design Manager to ensure that drawings meet the requisite CAD standards and Q&A checks are met.
Experience required for this 3D CAD Technician role:
- You're a CAD technician looking for a long-term role with career prospects.
- You hold a Degree, ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in architectural technology or similar.
- You have AutoCAD and Civil 3D (or similar 3D) experience.
Package offered for this 3D CAD Technician role:
- Basic Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Flexible working-Mainly remote working but travel required to sites and office as and when required. MUST be flexible on travel when needed
