Junction 3 and Junction 15 highway improvement schemes
Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority, headed by Mayor James Palmer, has awarded Peterborough City Council the funding to prepare a Transport Business Case and undertake Detailed Design for improvement schemes at two critical parkway junctions:
Junction 15 (A1260 Nene Parkway / A47 Soke Parkway)
Junction 3 (A1260 Nene Parkway / A1139 Fletton Parkway)
Both junctions suffer from congestion, especially at peak times, and the proposed enhancements will reduce delay and improve journey times which will benefit Peterborough’s residents, businesses, visitors and overall economy.
