Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum plus car allowance
The Opportunity..
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager to work for a tier 1 contractor on projects in the Staffordshire area. This will predominantly be a site based role and the successful Design Manager will be involved in preconstruction and delivery phases of projects.
What they are looking for..
- An established Design Manager with a stable background within main contracting.
- Public sector and NEC experience (schools, healthcare etc.) would be beneficial.
- A proven track record of undertaking design management activities at both tender and construction stages.
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.
