The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) Board of Directors approved the updated Carruthers Creek Watershed Plan (CCWP) in September 2021. The update of the Watershed Plan commenced in 2015, and included various stakeholder and public engagement opportunities. The development of the updated CCWP included an evaluation of current conditions and the identification of measures to protect, enhance and restore the health of the watershed.
