What is a Chief Estimator?
A Chief Estimator is the most senior member of the estimating team, with overall responsibility for the creation of budgets and estimates produced for projects. The Chief Estimator is responsible for the oversight of the estimating process for all project bids and awarded, and will establish standardized procedures, methods and processes for estimating and training estimating resources in the use of the same.

Assigns responsibilities for the estimating team
Review project plans and specifications and coordinate with the estimating team

Spring Wharf
This construction project will see Shops, restaurants and 171 flats are being delivered at Spring Wharf on Lower Bristol Road. It will have three buildings - The Mill, The Stone Works and The Grain Store - and the first two of these have recently been completed.
Bath School of Art and Design
With the original features being retained, the project has seen the restoration of more than 300 exterior panels and the construction of a new mezzanine floor and rooftop pavilion. Construction was completed in the summer of 2019, with students starting to use the building in September as the new academic year begins.
