Quantity Surveyor - Warwickshire
We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support planned residential refurbishment works across Warwickshire. You'll work closely with operational teams to manage costs, oversee subcontractors, and ensure strong commercial performance across multiple projects.
Schemes include property upgrades such as roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and general improvements.
What we're looking for:

Quantity Surveying experience (housing/refurbishment preferred)

Strong commercial and Excel skills

Good contract knowledge

Full UK driving licence
