​Warrington is a large town situated in Cheshire. Approximately 20 miles east of Liverpool and 16 miles west of Manchester, Warrington is a place where people live and commute for work in these two cities. A £56m apartment project in Warrington town centre is already starting to dominate the skyline. The construction of the accommodation block and public multi-storey car park began in early 2019.

Station Road apartments overlooking Manchester Ship Canal

In one of Warrington’s biggest current developments, the Station Road site is being transformed into 189 apartments. The apartments will be available for private rent on the former AJ Beer and Co timber yard site when completed.
