​Doncaster minster and market town in South Yorkshire. The River Don flows through the town which gave it’s name to Doncaster. The town had a reported population of 109,805 at the 2011 census and in 2019 it was reported to have risen to 311,890. Doncaster has seen numerous large scale construction projects over the past couple of years and has multiple large constructions projects in the pipeline, such as:

Doncaster Urban Centre Masterplan

If agreed and planning permission passed, this estimated £49m regeneration project would see the area redeveloped with residential opportunities, office space, retail, leisure schemes, new public spaces, pedestrian routes and other complementary uses.

New Central Library and Museum

This project was Willmott Dixon’s sixth project in Doncaster and will see the delivery of a new Central Library and Museum in Doncaster town centre. This project was estimated to cost £15m and will help support the local and creative economy by providing opportunities for young people and small business owners to develop skills that help build a successful career.
