Our client a leading residential develioper is currently looking for an experienced Town Planner to join their team in Dublin, with a strong reputation in the industry, our client offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in the residential and commercial sectors. They also have a robust pipeline of upcoming work, ensuring long-term stability and growth prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate planning applications, pre-planning consultations, responses to further information requests, planning appeals, and third-party appeals.
- Handle planning compliance submissions and CPO reports.
- Coordinate Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR), planning reports, and other environmental reports.
- Review Appropriate Assessments, including Screening Reports and Natura Impact Statements.
- Develop and implement effective planning and development strategies.
- Organise and manage sub-consultants and sub-contractors for surveys and specialist studies contributing to projects.
- Provide technical input to environmental assessment projects, including background research, data collection, analysis, and assessment.
- Create detailed planning graphics through Illustrator Design to effectively communicate project objectives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in town planning and development within a residential development.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations and environmental impact assessments.
- Proficiency in preparing planning graphics using Illustrator Design.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
