Town Planner -
A great opportunity for a Town Planner to join a well-established and growing company to assist with all stages of planning process on Wireless Telecoms projects.

The Town Planner role requires you to assist with the planning process from selection of site location to site completion whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders, local authorities and the design & acquisition team.

Town Planner Requirements:
- Submission of planning applications and appeals
- Ability to liaise with Local authorities/colleagues/seniors/stakeholders
- Ability to provide planning advice/reports/training
- Experienced in negotiations
- Strong understanding of GPDO and National Policy
- Experience working on telecoms projects

Town Planner Qualifications : Essential (at appointment):
- Telecoms Knowledge
- 1-3 years Town planning experience
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills

Desirables:
- Junior Project Manager experience.
- Qualified or working towards MRTPI or equivalent

The package for this Town Planner role:
£35k - £43k a year + Package
