This is a great opportunity for an experienced Temporary Works Co-ordinator to join a major tier one contractor on a complex scope of tunneling works.
The company are market leaders in contruction within the Energy sector and your role as Temporary Works Co-ordinator will be responsible for looking helping to plan methods of construction, coordinate works, manage designs.

Key responsibilities for this Temporary Works Co-ordinator role:
Coordinate with all parties involved in the design and construction of temporary works.
Liaise with clients to determine if schemes may affect the public and to ascertain approval process and certification required.
Compile and periodically update a Temporary Works Schedule with all relevant information and to periodically review the schedule with the Temporary Works Designer and Project Lead.
Ensure that an adequate Temporary Works design is carried out.
Supervise and assess the competence of the TWS with the Project Lead.
Prepare/review the design brief for adequacy/completeness prior to issue to TWD.
Ensure that the duration for temporary works designs, checking and construction are realistically timed in the construction programme

Experience required for this Temporary Works Co-ordinator role:
A very good understanding of BS5975
Experience of relevant to the type and complexity of the TW on major contruction/tunneling projects
Appointed person accredidation
Package offered for this Temporary Works Co-ordinator role:
A salary of between £38,000-£42,000 dependant of experience
A company car
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Monday - Friday working hours with early leave on a Friday
Subsistance if staying away is given for this role
