Technical Coordinator – Partnerships (Hybrid)
Location: East Midlands
Salary: Competitive + car allowance and bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join a new and growing Partnerships function within a residential development business. This newly created role will support partnership housing projects by coordinating technical information across internal teams and external partners.

You will act as the key link between regional technical teams, commercial departments, consultants and legal advisors, helping ensure projects run smoothly and technical requirements are managed effectively. The role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the opportunity to grow within a developing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for technical queries on partnership projects

  • Coordinate technical information between internal teams, consultants and partners

  • Support technical due diligence during pre-contract stages

  • Manage technical documentation, RFIs and project data rooms

  • Assist with technical inputs for agreements and project documentation

  • Support technical approvals at key project milestones

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential development, housebuilding or construction

  • Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Relevant qualification (HNC/HND, degree or similar) in a construction or technical field
