The Technical Coordinator role:
An established and well-regarded housing developer has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join their Yorkshire team, working on large-scale residential projects typically ranging from 50 to 500 units. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will oversee all technical aspects of the development process, including managing section agreements, coordinating multiple sites (up to 4 at various stages from planning to completion) and working closely with external consultants, design teams and site teams to ensure smooth delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with or alongside a housing developer, design practice, or contractor. Experience with affordable housing schemes and Registered Providers (RPs) would be a strong advantage.
To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:
- Housing/developer or design background preferred
- Degree or HNC/HND qualified in construction, architecture, or related field
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar role)
- RP experience desirable
