I have a great opportunity for a Street Works Team Leader in Bristol working for a great company.
The role is to Lead, develop, motivate, and inspire a team of between 4 and 6 street works team members. Ensuring it is cost neutral on street works fines, fees and strike claims. Take ownership of regular street works communication updates to the wider business and build partners.

The Candidate needs to have:
- Strong Knowledge of NRSWA
- Worked in Telecoms / Civils
- Capable of leading, motivating and developing other team members
- Familiar with Street Works Systems (Symology, Aurora and Street Manager)
- Have worked within a Street Works team in the past.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the project, driving the team forward, hitting KPI's and requirements
- Managing a £4m project, ensuring is it cost neutral
Qualifications:
- NRSWA
- Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Written and Spoken English

The package for this role:
£40k - £45k a year + car and other benefits
