Due to continued expansion of their porject portfolio, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll become a member of a expanding company at the forefront of contemporary construction techniques. Our client is seeking Site Managers for projects in the Galway/ West Midlands & Midlands areas. Their projeects range across multiple sectors, including residential, commerical, design & build, fitout, healthcare and heritage. 

Key Repsonsibilites for this Site Manager role: 

  • Coordinate, arrange, and oversee tasks related to project delivery.
  • Continuously assess programs and effectively manage client and design team expectations.
  • Efficiently manage resources including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to ensure projects are completed as per schedule/contracts.
  • Adhere to Quality System, Quality Procedures, and Engineers Specifications.
  • Achieve set objectives in terms of timely completion, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, design teams, and office staff.

Key Requirements for this Site Manager role: 

  • 5+ years of experience working as a site manager in the construction industry.
  • Previous involvement in residential development projects.
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety management systems.
  • Proficient IT skills enabling the creation of comprehensive site reports.
  • Capable of leading projects and adhering to tight timelines.
  • Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety standards specific to Irish construction sites.

Package offered for this Site Manager role: 

  • Starting salary ranging from €60,000 - €75,000, depending on experience
