Our client is seeking Site Managers for projects in the Galway/ West Midlands & Midlands areas. Their projeects range across multiple sectors, including residential, commerical, design & build, fitout, healthcare and heritage.
Key Repsonsibilites for this Site Manager role:
- Coordinate, arrange, and oversee tasks related to project delivery.
- Continuously assess programs and effectively manage client and design team expectations.
- Efficiently manage resources including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to ensure projects are completed as per schedule/contracts.
- Adhere to Quality System, Quality Procedures, and Engineers Specifications.
- Achieve set objectives in terms of timely completion, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Prioritize and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, design teams, and office staff.
Key Requirements for this Site Manager role:
- 5+ years of experience working as a site manager in the construction industry.
- Previous involvement in residential development projects.
- Strong understanding of quality and safety management systems.
- Proficient IT skills enabling the creation of comprehensive site reports.
- Capable of leading projects and adhering to tight timelines.
- Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety standards specific to Irish construction sites.
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
- Starting salary ranging from €60,000 - €75,000, depending on experience
