Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Ipswich
Day rate: £450p/d - £500p/d outside IR35 (DOE)
Contract: 6 months initial contract - long-term work available
Start: Start of June
A fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager has arisen to work for a Principal Contractor within the Power and Energy sector.
Key responsibilities for this role:
• Supervising teams
• Monitoring of subcontractors
• Production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Chairing weekly meetings (safety, co-ordination, project and progress meetings)
• Responsible for site Health & Safety under the guidance of the Health & Safety Manager
Experience / qualifications required for this role:
• SMSTS (essential)
• 3 day first aid (essential)
• Civil and M&E experience - delivering projects from inception to completion
• Power and Energy experience (relevant industry experience - substation, onshore or offshore works)
