Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join them on a New Luxury Home development in Windsor. This is a permanent role with the current project expected to continue into mid 2023 before moving on to additional projects in the region.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
- Reporting into the Senior Site Manager
- Management of internal subcontractor packages and risk assessments
- In charge of the daily running of the site
- Taking project from 1st fix to Completion
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- CSCS Black Card and in date
- SMSTS Card and in date
- First Aid At work in date
- Previous residential build expereince is required
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
- £50,000 - £60,000 base salary depending on experience
- £6k car allowance and fuel card
- 8 months left on current project with expectation to move to other upcoming projects in the region
