This role will be based on a residential pproject in South Dublin. In this role, you will be integral part of the team, providing precise and accurate measurements throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate setting out, monitoring, and coordination of on-site activities
- Achieve project objectives in Health and Safety, Technical and Design, Information Management, and Quality
- Daily communication with project team, design team, and subcontractors
- Track and document materials, plant, and logistics activities
- Implement Quality Assurance procedures, including concrete pre/post pour checks and managing RFIs
- Address and resolve technical challenges as they arise
- Maintain thorough records and generate reports as required
- Contribute to the enforcement and observation of secure work practices on site
Key Requirements
- Possess a relevant third level degree
- 2 years of experience in a comparable role
- Previous experience with a main contractor is essential.
- Proven track record of involvement in projects within the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors, particularly in Pharma/Datacentre/ Hi-Tech/ Distribution/ Warehouse projects
- Proficiency in the use of GPS, robotic total station, and levelling equipment
- Exhibit excellent IT skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works, and Microsoft applications.
Package Offered
- Salary of €50,000 - €60,000, depending on experience
