The Senior Technical Manager role:
A well-established large housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Manager to join the housing team on projects valuing between 100-500 unites in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have strong pre-construction experience and experience running multiple projects from inception all the way through to completion. The suitable candidate will come from a housing background and candidates from consultancy background who have knowledge of the engineering processes within housing will be considered.
You will help implement the design and delivery strategy managing the range of design and engineering consultants and ensuring that all delivery is in line with NHBC and building regulations. You will also work closely with sites supporting the Quality team with advice on site quality inspections as well as providing advice on technical issues and resolutions.
This role offers an agile working option (typically 2 days per week) as well as a generous package.
To be considered for the Senior Technical Manager position:
- Housing background preferred with Architectural and Engineering knowledge
- Degree qualified in construction or similar field preferred
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Manager
