Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor
Duration - 6 months
Engagement - Outside IR35
Location - West Midlands
Rate - £350 - £400 per day depending on experience
We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract basis in Birmingham, this is a 6 month contract outside IR35 with the opportunity to move on to other projects.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor who specialises in rails, groundworks and highways.

Your key task as a Senior Quantity Surveyor would be :
- Review and negotiate conditions of contracts and warranties
- Administer contracts
- Advise operations staff within the team regarding commercial and contractual issues
- Prepare commercial and contractual correspondence
- Negotiation and administration of Sub-Contracts and pay Sub-Contractors
- Identify and prepare claims
- Negotiate settlements of account
Essential Senior Quantity Surveyor qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
