Rate: £400 - £500 per day

My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within waste to energy
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the Southeast London.
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 10 years' experience with JCT/FIDIC/IChem E Experience
- Knowledge of Civils & M& E measurement under CESMM
- Must have managed at least two QSs.
- Experience of subcontracts more than £20m
