Essential: New build homes experience and experience using the COIN's software
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within new build homes.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the Northwest.
The successful Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience within the social housing sector
- Degree qualified
- Experience within new build homes
- Experience using COIN's software
