Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways
Location : Wiltshire/Bath
Engagement : Ltd company outside IR35
Rate : £350 - £425 per day
This is a great long term opportunity to work with a key a client within the Civil Engineering sector on works such as Heavy Civil Engineering in the Surrey area on a major project.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering sector to be involved in the claims process for value recovery and compensation events.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Reporting into the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
- Able to work as part of a team on a specific site
- Working to reclaim value from the client whilst keeping a strong relationship
- Day to day Quantity Surveying duties across the project
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience working on Civil Engineering and Water schemes
- Worked as Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
- Worked on NEC form of contract
- Worked on schemes such as Drainage,Earthworks, Sewers, Water schemes and Tunnelling.
- Experience working on Compensation events, claims and Value recovery
